SOUTH CAROLINA

$3,500 cap for statewide elections and $1,000 cap for legislative elections on contributions from individuals, PACs and corporations.

TenneSsee

$4,900 cap for statewide elections and $1,800 cap for legislative elections on contributions from individuals. PAC and corporate contributions capped at $14,400.

West Virginia

$2,800 cap on contributions from individuals and PACs. Corporate contributions prohibited.
